It has a polyurethane coating, and the seams are welded instead of stitched, so there are no needle holes for rain to get through. The jacket has elastic at the cuffs, around the hood and at the sides, and soft fleece lines the inside of the collar and the front placket.
The hood is attached with snaps and comes off if it gets caught. The dungarees are high-waisted, with adjustable elastic braces and side snaps for a better fit, and the foot stirrups can be removed. Reflective details make the child easier to see when the light fades.
