Return and refund policy

You can return an item within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason.

How to return
1. Write to us through the contact form with your order number and the item you want to return.
2. We send you a return label and the return address.
3. Pack the item and send the parcel.

Conditions
The item must be unused, with its tags and in its original packaging.
If the item simply didn't suit you, you pay the return shipping.
If the item is faulty or you received the wrong item, we cover all costs. Manufacturing defects are covered by a 2-year warranty.

Uncollected parcels
If you don't collect your parcel from the parcel locker or pickup point, it is returned to the sender. We refund the item once it is back, minus the cost of shipping it back. We will remind you by email before this happens.

Refunds
We refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned item. The money goes back to the payment method you used.

Items that can't be returned
Items made to your personal order (engraving, custom size).
Cosmetics and care products once the packaging has been opened.
