14 days to return

If an item doesn’t suit you, you can return it within 14 days of receiving it — no reason needed.

How to return

  1. Write to us through the contact form: your order number and which item you are returning.
  2. We send you a return label and the return address.
  3. Pack the item and send the parcel.

Conditions

  • The item is unused, with its tags and in its original packaging.
  • If the item simply didn’t suit you, you pay for the return shipping — we deduct the label cost from your refund.
  • If the item is faulty or you received the wrong one, we cover all costs. Manufacturing defects are covered by a 2-year warranty.

When you get your money back

Within 14 days after we receive the returned item. The money goes back the same way you paid.

What can’t be returned

  • Items made to your personal order (engraving, custom size).
  • Cosmetics and care products once the packaging is opened.

If you don’t collect your parcel

An uncollected parcel is returned to the sender. We refund the item once it is back, minus the return shipping cost. We will remind you by email before that happens.
