How
To an Omniva, DPD or SmartPosti parcel locker near your address. If there is no parcel locker nearby, a courier brings the parcel. Large items — furniture, balance bikes — always come by courier to your door.
Please add your phone number at checkout: the parcel locker code is sent to it.
What it costs
- Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania — €3.90, free on orders over €89.
- Finland — €6.90, free on orders over €119.
You pay for delivery once per order, even if your items arrive in several parcels.
Why several parcels
Items are shipped from different warehouses as soon as they are ready. So an order with several items may arrive in several parcels — and you don't have to wait for the slowest one.
Delivery times
Every product page and your cart show the estimated arrival dates for each item. For made-to-order items the date already includes the making time. If you need something by a certain date, write to us before ordering and we will check it for you.
Tracking
When your parcel ships, we email you the tracking number. Every parcel has its own number. You can also see your order status through the link in your order confirmation email.
